ADELE FASHION EVOLUTION

Adele has been in the public eye for more than ten years; she started her rapid rise to celebrity by uploading some of her early songs to her MySpace page, a fact that seems oddly antiquated in our post-Facebook era.
In 2018, she has received 15 Grammy nominations, 18 Billboard Music Awards, five American Music Awards, one Golden Globe, and one Oscar. She is talented beyond her years and has powerful vocals, we are fixated on her distinctive sense of style. Adele's style has changed over the years, much like her music, from her distinctive cat-eye to her love of regal red carpet gowns, and we've adored every look she's ever worn.

Although the singer has enjoyed the spotlight on the most prestigious red carpets and for fashion magazines, it would be incorrect to state that Adele has always been known for her sense of style. Adele has an elegant yet reserved sense of style. Initially a chestnut brown, the singer's preference for tea-length silhouettes, swing dress-inspired clothing, and the color black became clear. She debuted at the Grammys in 2012 wearing a custom Giorgio Armani gown with sequins and a blond bob in lieu of the bouffant.

In a recent episode of 73 Questions by Vogue, Adele mentions it as her all-time favorite outfit and names Australian actress Cate Blanchett as her style role model. In the years that followed, she began experimenting with her appearance more, wearing a shimmering Valentino when she appeared at the Brit Awards in 2016 and a full-length green Givenchy gown at the Grammy Awards in 2017.

The singer's appearance as a plus-sized celebrity has also always been important to her brand; in fact, in 2012, there were rumors that she would partner with Burberry to debut a plus-sized fashion line. In reality, the British label was the only one to successfully capitalize on Adele's brand, dressing her solely in 2016 for her promotional tour for her album 25, 25. She revealed on Instagram that Christopher Bailey and Burberry were the first major fashion company to dress her and her big arse when he resigned as creative director the following year. The partnership is still Adele's only long-term fashion endorsement to date, despite the singer notoriously turning down deals worth millions of dollars from companies like L'Oreal and Estée Lauder and French fashion house Givenchy, among others.

ADELE IN NEW FIT

Adele revealed her dramatic weight reduction on Instagram in October of last year while wearing a black mini dress and heels that highlighted her new frame. Following were a variety of outfits, including an Acne Studios blouse that she debuted in on Saturday Night Live (SNL) the same month, a green jumpsuit by Valentino, and a peplum blazer by New York-based Brock Collection. Even an outfit with a Jamaican flag bikini top and bantu knots for the Notting Hill Carnival sparked criticism for cultural appropriation.

The singer can be seen wearing a patent coat, turtleneck, and pants in shades of rustic oxblood and brown that were specially designed by Bruno Sialelli for the French luxury label Lanvin in the music video for the song Go Easy on Me from her new record. Last month, when she and her partner, American sports agent Rich Paul, went to a basketball game, the singer slam dunked it in a monogrammed Louis Vuitton coat paired with chocolate-hued coordinates.

Retailers experienced a surge in purchases as a result of Adele's custom corset dress by Vivienne Westwood being featured on the cover of British Vogue. And then there was the white pantsuit for an interview with American talk show presenter Oprah, which The New York Times called a "statement-making" outfit. In addition to highlighting the connection between the fashion and women's liberation, the magazine noted how Adele "simply took the political and reminded the world it's also personal."

Adele's latest fashion partnerships follow her revamped look. Despite her best intentions, her dramatic change is a "good appearance" for fashion magazines zooming in on a defined waist and lean legs. Her weight reduction unquestionably sweetens the deal for the sample-sized world of glitz.

ADELE NET WORH

Adele's estimated net wealth as of February 2023 is $220 million. Adele has amassed a multimillion dollar empire over the course of her work. Adele has increased in fame and made a respectable living as a musician. She earns money from selling records, performing live, winning awards, and appearing on television. Her albums have sold millions of copies globally. She has performed on numerous performance tours, including Adele Live in 2011, An Evening with Adele in 2011, and Adele Live 2016 in 2016–17.
