Sir Victor Nwaifo the famous musicians from Benin who used to reign in the 60's 70's and 80's just died at the age of 80. He wasthe Ekassa king, famous for such hit tunes like Joromi, Guiter boy. And many other super hits of the 70's and 80's, he was not only a great musician but an artist, sculptor an a university professor. He will be missed. May his soul rest in peace.
In another Tiwa Savage, A former protege of Marvin Records, (Don Jazzy) and a musical icon in her own rights just buried her late father in grand style. Tiwa who is known for such hits as ''All Over'' spared no expense for her father's burial. The occasion was graced by who is who in the Nigerian industry.
